  • Deep Dives: Our interviews are deep dives to understand the experience, skills, and honesty about our candidates’ work experience, their knowledge, the operational complexity and projects they’ve worked on, and their interest. Interviews typically last between 30-40 minutes.
  • Share Detailed Candidate Knowledge: We summarize and share this interview by detailing the candidate’s relevant experience at the top of their resume. We highlight what the candidate knows or doesn’t know, the project work or contributions they’ve made, so hiring managers can quickly see if the candidate is qualified and decide whether to interview. We include the interests, personality, and logistics of each candidate, and their LinkedIn profile URL.
  • Transparency and Risk: We are transparent about our rates and markups, and smart about minimizing contingent risks.
  • We fish a wider pond for temps: We source differently and from a different pool for temporary professionals. We reach out to passive and direct employees, who may consider a contract or contract-to-hire if the engagement is aligned to their growth and interest. Most other firms only search for available candidates.
  • We find local US Citizens, when possible: In temporary IT staffing, it’s easier to find H1-b or F1-OPT visa holders, as these candidates and their employers are actively searching for employment (so the visa holder can stay in the US). It’s harder to find local, US citizens in this tight employment market for contract work. Unlike others, we keep searching until we find the right candidate.
  • We invest in you: We learn your business as if we were your employee, and we sell your opportunities with grace and skill.
  • Outcomes matter: We question more upfront to understand your desired outcome and business impact. This knowledge allows us to more effectively sell the position. 
  • Reduce your screening time: We only submit 1 to 2 qualified candidates per job. We screen out and prioritize only the best.

The candidate’s relevant experience as it relates to your position. We share what they delivered and for who, the scope of their effort, and the knowledge, tools, and methodologies utilized. We state whether they meet all qualifications or, if they fall short, we tell you where. If we use a coding test, we share the test and candidate’s score.

To give a sense if they’ll fit in your team and culture, we share our assessment of the candidate’s personality and communication skills. We’ll also share links to their work samples, if applicable.

Lastly, we  share logistical information so there are no unexpected gotchas. This includes their rate and salary expectations, their availability to interview and to start, any commute issues, upcoming vacations, and their LinkedIn profile URL and Github.
