We work around the clock to find quality candidates for you; however speed is never sacrificed for quality. We acknowledge jobs within 4 hours, and normally submit candidates between 24-72 hours. If we cannot find a qualified candidate, we will keep looking until we do, or exhaust the market trying. Either way, you will be kept apprised of our progress.
We provide contractors and consultants at a reasonable margin, regardless of their seniority or pay level. We consult with clients on budgets, rate cards, and provide insight on the going rate for specific skills in the market. Because we are a privately held company, we have more flexibility in pricing than large, publicly traded firms.
