They can save, share, like, and apply to these opportunities, as well as utilize the employer’s qualifications to customize their degree, internship, and project work experience during school. STEMCompass provides counselors, teachers, mentors, educators, and parents with a meaningful and much needed tool to educate and advise students on their future STEM careers, and the employer’s required qualifications to successfully get hired by their chosen employer. Employers can connect directly to the Students interested in their opportunities, thus creating a large, future talent pool for internships and entry-level opportunities.
